VIP CAR Terms of Use

Effective date: 12 July 2026.

These VIP CAR Terms of Use govern access to the website, the viewing of vehicle information, the submission of requests, the creation of bookings, and the use of other available features.

By using the website, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with any provision, stop using the website and do not submit a vehicle rental request.

1. Website owner information

The website operates under the VIP CAR brand.

Address: [ENTER THE REGISTERED OR POSTAL ADDRESS].

2. Purpose of the website

The website provides information about VIP CAR vehicles, estimated rates, specifications, additional services, rental terms, and ways to contact the company.

Through the website, users may:

  • view available vehicles;
  • compare vehicle specifications and rental rates;
  • submit a booking request;
  • contact a manager;
  • review the rental terms;
  • obtain information about additional services;
  • use a personal account when this feature is available.

3. Informational nature of website content

The information published on the website is provided for general informational purposes. Vehicle photographs, descriptions, specifications, rates, and availability may be updated.

The final rental conditions, price, security deposit, permitted mileage, travel area, insurance, additional services, and responsibilities of the parties are agreed upon before the vehicle is collected and are recorded in the rental agreement.

If the information on the website differs from the signed rental agreement, the terms of the agreement take priority.

4. User requirements

Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. It is prohibited to submit a request on behalf of another person without their permission or to use another person’s documents.

To enter into a rental agreement, the driver must meet VIP CAR requirements concerning age, driving experience, documents, and the legal right to drive the relevant category of vehicle.

Submission of a request by a person who does not meet the applicable requirements does not oblige VIP CAR to provide a vehicle.

5. Booking request

A request submitted through the website, by telephone, through Viber, or through another communication channel is a request for information and a vehicle availability check.

Submission of a form does not guarantee a booking. A vehicle is considered booked only after confirmation by a manager, agreement on the essential rental conditions, and completion of the required booking steps.

When submitting a request, the user may provide:

  • their name and contact details;
  • the preferred vehicle;
  • the required collection date and time;
  • the rental duration;
  • the approximate travel route;
  • the number of drivers;
  • the required additional services.

6. Booking confirmation

After receiving a request, the manager checks vehicle availability and informs the user of the current rental conditions.

If the selected model is unavailable, VIP CAR may offer another vehicle of a similar class. Any replacement is agreed with the customer before the rental is arranged.

The company may refuse to confirm a request when the vehicle is unavailable, the user does not meet the requirements, required information has not been provided, or there are reasonable grounds to believe that the rental agreement may be violated.

7. Rates and rental price

The rates displayed on the website may depend on the model, year of manufacture, vehicle class, and rental duration.

The rental price may also depend on:

  • the permitted mileage;
  • the permitted travel area;
  • the number of drivers;
  • additional services;
  • the vehicle collection time and location;
  • the advance booking period;
  • other agreed conditions.

The manager provides the final price calculation before the rental is arranged. If the website contains an obvious technical pricing error, VIP CAR may correct it and offer the customer the current applicable terms.

8. Payment

Available payment methods are agreed upon during booking. Before transferring money, the user must verify the amount, payment purpose, and recipient details.

VIP CAR does not ask customers to disclose their bank card PIN, banking application password, or one-time authorisation code.

Payments processed through a third-party provider may also be governed by the rules of the relevant bank or payment service.

9. Security deposit

A security deposit may be required for certain vehicles. The amount, payment procedure, permitted uses, and return conditions are communicated before the vehicle is collected.

The deposit may be used in the cases specified in the rental agreement, including to cover agreed expenses, vehicle damage, missing fuel, late return, fines, or other violations.

The final procedure for returning the security deposit is determined by the rental agreement.

10. Booking cancellation and changes

The user must notify VIP CAR in advance when they need to change the date, select another vehicle, or cancel the booking.

Whether cancellation is free of charge, payment may be transferred to another booking, or a certain amount may be retained depends on the agreed conditions, notice period, and expenses already incurred.

If a vehicle cannot be provided because of a technical fault or another unforeseen circumstance, VIP CAR may offer a replacement vehicle, alternative dates, or a refund in accordance with the agreed conditions.

11. Documents

To arrange a rental, the user must provide the documents and information required to verify their identity, right to drive, and eligibility for the rental agreement.

VIP CAR may refuse to provide the vehicle when:

  • the documents are invalid or damaged;
  • the provided information does not match the booking request;
  • the driving licence does not authorise the user to drive the relevant vehicle;
  • the user does not meet the applicable age or driving experience requirements;
  • there are indications that the documents may be forged;
  • the user refuses to sign the rental agreement.

12. Vehicle collection

When the vehicle is handed over, the user must inspect the bodywork, interior, windows, wheels, mileage, fuel level, and equipment.

Existing damage or other aspects of the vehicle’s condition are recorded before the rental begins. By signing the documents, the user confirms that the vehicle has been received in the recorded condition, unless otherwise documented by the parties.

13. Vehicle usage rules

The user must comply with applicable law, traffic regulations, the rental agreement, and VIP CAR instructions.

Without prior approval, it is prohibited to:

  • allow a person who is not included in the agreement to drive the vehicle;
  • use the vehicle for taxi or delivery services;
  • participate in racing or vehicle testing;
  • use the vehicle for unlawful activities;
  • travel outside the agreed area;
  • repair the vehicle or modify its construction;
  • sublet the vehicle;
  • transport dangerous or prohibited substances.

14. Mileage and permitted travel area

The mileage allowance is determined by the selected rate and rental agreement. Mileage exceeding the agreed limit may be charged separately.

The route and permitted travel area are agreed before the vehicle is collected. International travel, returning the vehicle in another city, or travelling to areas subject to special restrictions is permitted only with prior approval from VIP CAR.

15. Fuel

The fuel level is recorded when the vehicle is provided. The vehicle must be returned with the fuel level agreed in the rental agreement.

If fuel is missing, an additional charge may apply in accordance with the rental conditions.

16. Vehicle return

The vehicle must be returned on the agreed date, at the agreed time, and at the agreed location.

Before returning the vehicle, the user must:

  • remove all personal belongings;
  • check that the keys and documents are present;
  • return all equipment supplied with the vehicle;
  • comply with the agreed fuel conditions;
  • report any damage or faults.

Late return, excessive dirt, damage, lost equipment, or other violations may result in additional charges when provided for in the rental agreement.

17. Rental extension

To extend the rental, the user must contact VIP CAR before the current rental period ends.

An extension is possible only after confirmation by the manager, agreement on the new rental period, and payment. An extension may be refused when the vehicle has already been reserved by another customer.

18. Accidents and vehicle faults

In the event of a road traffic accident, vehicle damage, lost keys, or a technical fault, the user must contact VIP CAR immediately.

The user must not leave the scene of an accident, conceal damage, independently arrange repairs, or agree to financial compensation without the company’s approval.

The required procedure, insurance coverage, and responsibilities of the parties are determined by the rental agreement and applicable insurance conditions.

19. Fines and violations

The user is responsible for violations committed while using the vehicle unless otherwise provided by law or the rental agreement.

Information about a fine may be received after the vehicle has been returned. In such a case, VIP CAR may contact the user to settle the relevant amount and related expenses in accordance with the rental agreement.

20. Personal account

When registration is available on the website, the user is responsible for keeping their password secure and for actions performed through their account.

Users must not share access with third parties, create accounts using false information, or attempt to access another person’s profile.

VIP CAR may temporarily restrict or close an account in the event of a violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, or a security risk.

21. Prohibited website use

Users must not:

  • interfere with the operation of the website or server;
  • bypass technical restrictions;
  • collect data using automated tools without permission;
  • distribute malicious software;
  • use the website for fraud;
  • copy website materials to create a competing resource;
  • publish unlawful, offensive, or misleading content;
  • impersonate a VIP CAR employee or representative.

22. Intellectual property

The website’s texts, design, logos, photographs, structure, software code, and other materials may be protected by intellectual property law.

Users may view the materials for personal, non-commercial purposes. Copying, modifying, republishing, or commercially using the materials without the rights holder’s permission is prohibited.

23. Links to third-party resources

The website may contain links to maps, messaging services, payment systems, social networks, and other external resources.

VIP CAR does not control the content, availability, or rules of these services. Before using them, review the applicable terms and privacy policies.

24. Website availability

VIP CAR aims to keep the website operational but does not guarantee uninterrupted access without technical interruptions, updates, or errors.

Certain features may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, the actions of telecommunications or hosting providers, or other circumstances beyond the company’s reasonable control.

25. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, VIP CAR is not liable for losses caused by improper use of the website, inaccurate information provided by the user, actions of third-party services, or circumstances beyond the company’s reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

26. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the VIP CAR Privacy Policy.

Before submitting a request, users should review the information concerning the categories of personal data, purposes of processing, retention periods, and user rights.

27. Dispute resolution

The parties aim to resolve questions and disputes through negotiation.
