How Car Rental Works in Vinnytsia

How car rental works in Vinnytsia: you choose a vehicle, confirm its availability, agree on the rental terms, prepare the documents, collect the car, and return it at the end of the rental period. A VIP CAR manager assists you throughout the booking process and answers questions about the price, security deposit, mileage, and permitted routes.

1. Choose a vehicle

Visit the VIP CAR vehicle fleet and view the available models. Each vehicle page includes its main specifications, equipment, and rental rates based on the rental duration.

When choosing a vehicle, consider the number of passengers, luggage capacity, planned route, and required comfort level. Compact cars are convenient for daily travel around Vinnytsia, sedans are suitable for city and intercity journeys, while crossovers are practical for family trips and carrying more luggage.

2. Submit a rental request

Tell the manager which model you have selected, your preferred collection date, the expected rental duration, and your approximate route. You can submit a request through the website, by telephone, or through Viber.

Telephone: +38 067 433 13 02

Viber: message a VIP CAR manager

Submitting a request does not automatically confirm the booking. The manager must first check whether the selected vehicle is available for the required dates.

3. Receive confirmation and a price calculation

After checking availability, the manager will confirm the rental price, security deposit, permitted mileage, and other important conditions. The final rate depends on the selected vehicle and the total number of rental days.

At this stage, you should also agree on:

Rental period. The date and time of vehicle collection and return.

Route. Travel within Vinnytsia, Vinnytsia Region, or other regions of Ukraine.

Mileage. The permitted mileage allowance and any charges for additional kilometres.

Security deposit. The amount, payment method, and conditions for its return.

Additional services. A child car seat, an additional driver, vehicle delivery, or other available options.

4. Prepare the required documents

To arrange the rental, you will usually need a valid identification document, a valid driving licence, and any other information required for the rental agreement.

Age and driving experience requirements may vary depending on the selected vehicle. The manager will confirm the exact requirements before the booking is approved.

When several people will drive the vehicle, each driver must be approved and included in the rental agreement. The vehicle must not be driven by anyone who is not listed in the documents.

The required documents may differ for foreign citizens and legal entities. These requirements should be clarified in advance.

5. Review the rental agreement

Before collecting the vehicle, carefully review the main terms of the agreement, including the vehicle model, rental period, price, security deposit, mileage allowance, permitted travel area, insurance, and return procedure.

Ask the manager for clarification before signing when any condition is unclear. The specific terms of the signed rental agreement take priority over general information published on the website.

6. Collect and inspect the vehicle

The vehicle collection time and location are agreed upon during booking. Before the rental begins, the customer and manager inspect the vehicle together.

Check the following:

Bodywork and windows. Existing scratches, dents, and other visible signs of damage.

Interior. Cleanliness, seat condition, and any equipment supplied with the vehicle.

Wheels. The visible condition of the tyres and rims.

Mileage and fuel. These readings are recorded when the vehicle is handed over.

Main functions. Lights, air conditioning, windscreen wipers, multimedia system, and other equipment.

Any existing damage should be recorded before the journey begins. This helps prevent misunderstandings when the vehicle is returned.

7. Use the vehicle according to the rental terms

During the rental period, follow traffic regulations, the agreed route, mileage allowance, and all other conditions of the rental agreement.

Do not allow unauthorised persons to drive the vehicle, use it for unapproved commercial activities, or arrange repairs without permission from VIP CAR.

International travel, returning the vehicle in another city, taxi work, or using the car for delivery services require separate approval.

8. Report faults or accidents

If a fault occurs during the journey, a warning light appears, or you notice an unusual sound, stop in a safe location and contact a VIP CAR manager.

In the event of an accident, do not leave the scene. Make sure that everyone is safe, contact the appropriate authorities, and notify VIP CAR. When possible, take photographs of the vehicles, damage, and surrounding road conditions.

Do not arrange repairs or agree to financial compensation without approval from VIP CAR.

9. Extend the rental when necessary

When you need the vehicle for a longer period, contact the manager before the agreed rental period ends. An extension is possible when the vehicle has not been reserved by another customer.

The new dates and payment must be confirmed in advance. Do not continue using the vehicle without approval.

10. Return the vehicle

The vehicle must be returned on the agreed date and at the agreed time. Before returning it, remove your personal belongings and check the interior and fuel level.

The manager will inspect the bodywork, interior, wheels, equipment, mileage, and compliance with the rental agreement. When the vehicle is returned without new damage or violations, the security deposit is returned according to the agreed conditions.

Notify the manager as soon as possible if you expect to be late. A delay may affect the next booking and result in an additional charge.
